Born and raised in Chonburi a little less than 2 hours from the east of Bangkok. Suppakit Chalermlarp is one of the partners of Katatrad a fun loving type foundry that offers many works by young Thai type designers from around the country. He is known for designing the widely use Thai font “Sarabun”. The iconic font that got certified by the government of Thailand to be used in all the communication. Suppakit has also been around the block as a font engineer for more than a decade working with many notable Thai type designers.
