Alexei Vanyashin (*1982) is a Russian typeface designer, and educator. He researches and writes on the history of Cyrillic. Collaborates and consults for foundries on Cyrillic. Has been teaching typography in BHSAD Moscow, running workshops around the world from Berlin to Hong Kong. GRANSHAN jury member since 2014.
