Description of the Typeface by the Submitter
This typeface proves that a serif can be modern, advanced, and suitable for a multitude of design tasks. This serif is easy to recognize by its gentle proportion dynamics, open aperture, slanted oval axis, and low stroke contrast. Another distinctive feature of this font is brutal serifs that adjust in length according to the weight of the font. For this serif, we have designed true italics instead of simple slanted font styles. This means that the letterforms of the lowercase characters become more rounded when slanted, with the form acquiring a hand-written feel. The italics have a more intense personality than the roman font styles, so they can be used to place accents in the text. The foundation for this aesthetic and functional serif was a versatile geometric sans serif. Both typefaces collaborate perfectly and form a well- balanced font pair. Moreover, our serif easily harmonizes with other typefaces. It can take on the role of a display or text font.
