Damien is a graphic designer and (young!) type designer from Singapore. Having trained and worked as a graphic designer before completing the MA Typeface Design program at the University of Reading, he views type from a more experimental perspective as well as the perspective of the end user more than the type designer.

He works mostly with arts and (multi-)cultural institutions, which informs his type & graphic design practice with historical and contextual practices, so he is constantly learning and seeing new things. He collaborates with the young Singaporean type collective Death of Typography to help bolster interest in type and hopefully furthering typographic education in Singapore.
