Siddharth Khandelwal is the Founder and Creative Director of Pollinate Labs, a multidisciplinary design studio rooted in cross-disciplinary thinking and cultural curiosity. With over two decades of experience, his practice reflects a commitment to craft—designing not just for brands, but for context and culture.

An alumnus of the University of Sydney with a Master’s in Design, Siddharth has worked across large-scale identity, brand transformation and experience design projects, while consistently pursuing work driven by personal conviction and the social possibilities of design.

In 2013, he co-founded The House of Two, born from a desire to challenge formulaic approaches to design. Over a decade, the studio became a space for experimentation, collaboration and building responsive, human-first design systems. This spirit evolved into Pollinate Labs—a practice built around cross-pollinating disciplines, ideas and mediums across brand strategy, identity, cultural research, spatial storytelling and digital experiences.

Beyond the studio, Siddharth has contributed to design education, culture and access. For CSMVS, Mumbai, he co-developed a 10-year digital transformation roadmap, whose first chapter culminated in an interactive digital portal for children. He also curates Olliday, an intimate gathering bringing together thinkers and practitioners from different disciplines to exchange ideas, foster collaboration and build creative community.

Siddharth has lectured at Symbiosis Institute of Design and NID, served on design juries, represented India at the London Design Festival, and is a member of the Board of Studies Sub-Committee at MIT-WPU’s School of Design.

His work has been recognised by the Type Directors Club, The One Show, Kyoorius, Graphis, Red Dot and Communication Arts. At the heart of his practice is a simple belief: design can create systems where good ideas grow, disciplines collide and curious people gather.
